We have created a new PanPastel set in collaboration with Dawn Emerson.
The set contains 40 of Dawn's favorite PanPastel Colors with her favorite Sofft Tools & 2 Palette Trays. It also includes Dawn's PanPastel mixing charts for reference plus tips & techniques.
